Due to the nature of our business, once you download design files, your membership(s) are no longer refundable. If you are having difficulties with the files, log back into our website and re-download the files again.

We now have automatic downloads!!
Since orders are processed instantly, you will find a download link on your final check-out page for your downloads.
We do not email orders anymore since the download console has been implemented.
You can also log into your account here at the store with the user information you selected (email and password), and see your download links there as well. They will remain there for 30 days and you are allowed only 5 downloads per item (just in case you deleted the one you originally purchased.)

Designs range from:
4x4 = 100mm x 100mm
6x6 = 150mm x 150mm
5x7 = 130mm x 180mm
Formats are: ART HUS JEF (JEF+ for 6x6) PES VIP
